- If you require a hotel (under SEER policy): Monday 30th September 2019 (Hotel Bookings now closed please do not complete this section)
- If you do not require a hotel room: Monday 21 October 2019
Early closure may occur if an excessive number of applications are received.
Minimum qualification required: Licensed Judge Level 1
Before applying: Please read the Swim England East Region Officials’ Travel & Expenses Reimbursement Policy and the schedule of events to ensure you can provide accurate information in the application form. Please ensure you provide an email address that you have regular access to.

- Applications to officiate will only be accepted on completion of the below form, emails will not be accepted
- Please ensure your application is submitted by the required deadline (see above)
- Applicants will be notified via email by David Metcalf of the sessions for which they are required. Priority will be given to those officials who are available for all sessions in a day.
