Saturday 23rd September saw 48 athletes from the region descend on Stanground Academy for Day One of the Region Development Programme 2023-4.
The day was spent in small groups with a coach to mentor them and included S&C sessions, Pre and post pool sessions as well as , importantly, pool sessions.
We look forward to seeing everyone again in the new year for Day Two.
