Para-Swimming Meet 2024 Classification Entry Form

Swim England East Region Para-Swimming Meet 2024

This form is for entries from athletes who have been allocated a classification slot at the meet.

Athletes who have not been allocated a classification slot at the meet should use the standard entry form.

You may select up to four events.

You must enter the 100m Breaststroke and at least one of the 100m Freestyle, 100m Backstroke or 100m Butterfly.

Event Selection A below allows for the 100m Breaststroke and one of the other 100m events.

Event Selections B and C allow you to add other 100m events and other distances.
