The Synchronised Swimming National Age Group Competition took place in Gloucester on 24th and 25th November and featured four clubs from the East Region. The East Region Masters Inter-County Competition was held at Basildon Sporting Village on 17th November and saw Essex come away with top spot after finishing on 246 points. The Regional Diving Club Championships took place on 6th and 7th October in Southend. Each event saw clubs awarded points, resulting in Luton Diving Club winning the Club Championships Team Trophy with a total of 200 points! The Grand Prix is a developmental tournament to ensure that all players training in the Region have access to competitive water polo and to develop coaches and officials.
