Open Water Development

Swimmer Development: 

The East Region hosts an annual Open Water Development Day for swimmers aged 12 – 14 years.

2025 will be a selection process from the Swim England national long course rankings in the 800m or 1500m, which was achieved between 1st January 2024 and 4th August 2024.

Coaches interested in developing their knowledge in the discipline can attend the regional Open Water Development Day on the 7th June as an observer. Simply let us know you are planning on attending by completing the form to the right.

Officials Development

Swim England Open Water Technical Officials Course. This is delivered via zoom and the duration is around 3hrs.
