The Directors of Swim England East Region are seeking the views of the Members of the Members’ Forum on a proposal to amend the Articles of Association (Article 13.2), to allow for up to three Member Nominated Directors.
The reasons for the proposal are explained in the Information Document sent to Members of the Members’ Forum. This vote is just to give an indication of whether the proposal will be supported. There will be a formal vote at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on April 27th.
