Overview:
The Swim England East Region excited to bring you two bespoke clinics focused on Breaststroke and Butterfly, delivered by AP Race Clinics.
These clinics will run parallel to each other with Clinic One starting in the pool and Clinic Two starting with Strength and Conditioning and land based training.
We hope that you will be able to join us on the day. A more detailed delivery plan will be shared with confirmed attendees prior nearer the time of the camp.
