Minute Taker Required

The Region requires a professional to produce minutes from our various meetings.

This is a temporary requirement for the next six months to cover maternity leave.

There is normally 1 or 2 meetings per week that would be recorded and sent to you to produce the minutes on our standard template, a turnaround of 5 days maximum.

Responsibilities

  • To take accurate and high-quality non–verbatim minutes  for Leadership group and Board meetings
  • Compile quality minutes in a timely manner to a high level of accuracy in line with the agreed turnaround process.
  • Handling of confidential information and exercise discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information discussed during meetings.

Personal qualities

  • Confident written communicator.
  • Exceptional spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Typing speed of above 60 wpm
  • Experience in a related secretarial / business support role
  • Must be a Swim England Member

Rate of Pay: Negotiable
